Hey Emma and team

I thought all the elements of the tour were chosen very well, and I was delighted with them.

I was impressed with the winemakers. They were so professional and once they could see how enthusiastic I was, they repaid me in the same way. Plus, in the distillery there was an excellent tour guide, extremely knowledgeable and friendly. And the people at the hotel were lovely.

I congratulate you on your team. I think your industry is one where personality makes all the difference. You exceeded expectations there. I cannot fault any of the choices you made for me and I look forward to seeing you all again.

Hope that helps!
